Prior to founding SelfDisrpt, Zack helped build a nationwide wellness brand and played a key role in its $40 million dollar acquisition in 2021. During COVID Zack helped build a real estate investment firm which grew to over $450 million dollars in total value. Now he focuses his time on helping brands scale and evolve — designing new experiences that capitalize on moments of truth in today’s dynamic, disruptive world.

Daniel is an accomplished revenue strategist with a strong track record of success in multiple business sectors. He is a speaker, proven entrepreneur, and social selling expert with a unique technology background. Prior to SelfDisrpt, Daniel ran an educational nonprofit, successfully exited an EdTech startup, and built tech stacks for Fortune 5000 Companies and startups alike. During COVID, Daniel helped build a global lead gen SaaS company grow from bootstrapped startup to Inc 500 and played a key role leading their Revenue Team. When Daniel isn’t creating disruptive revenue strategies for SelfDisrpt and our clients, he can be found on the basketball court.

Matthew ran creative direction and was an equity partner in a CPG startup that sold for $40 million in 2021. He built and continuously evolved the brand aesthetic across every touchpoint, leading all design efforts and creative implementation from the website UI to product packaging and beyond. He managed an internal team of amazing creatives; worked, directed, and strategized with multiple external agencies; and championed multiple cross-departmental initiatives. Not to mention, Matt also led the internal strategy on a multi-million dollar brand revamp in partnership with award-winning marketing agency KNOWN.

Jonathan has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including notable celebrities, public companies, private brands, and start-ups. Among his notable list of work with clients are Marvel, Chris Brown, Green Roads CBD, Beatbox Beverages, Feid, Sprite, The FaZe Clan, Revive Supplements, Prime 112, My Little Pony, Peloton and more. He is well-versed in all facets of digital marketing and has a track record of success in driving brand growth. Jonathan has been directly responsible for taking brands from zero sales to achieving profitable 7-figure monthly revenues through his expertise in E-commerce, growth marketing, marketing campaigns, email/SMS marketing funnels, brand partnerships, ads, social media growth, analytics, influencer strategy, development and design, and much more.
Michel is a senior operator and entrepreneur with a mix of small business and corporate successes in a global capacity. At this stage, he is most passionate about maximizing the business success and potential of others. Michel has generated over hundreds of millions in revenue annually while increasing stockholder value and getting companies ready for higher value equity transactions. He has coached professionals at all levels with diverse backgrounds at small and large organizations, including chief executives at F100 companies.
Ralf has successfully worked in the investment and financial industries for 30 years with a focus on capital raising, investment management, technology start-ups and the capital markets. He has been involved in capital raising for biotech, cannatech, and fintech companies along with successful M&A completions within the cannabis sector. He has also managed several of his own companies involved in mergers & acquisitions of small to medium-size businesses, web promotions utilizing complex algorithms and investment consulting to biotech and cannabis firms. Ralf is recognized as an industry thought leader within the M&A, investment, SaaS and cannabis compliance and banking sectors resulting in speaking events for CIBC Wood Gundy, The World CBD Awards, Michigan Bankers Association, Community Bankers Association of Ohio, Payments First, ePay Executive Summits and the inaugural Marijuana Banking Summit.
Lee Sosin is an advisor, consultant, and fractional-CMO who helps B2B and B2C companies create stronger brands, better pitches, and more effective marketing, so that they can crush their goals. Lee was previously Chief Marketing Officer of Green Roads, where he transformed a commodity company in a crowded market into a human-centric wellness brand that customers love. Prior to Green Roads, Lee had a successful track record as a senior executive at Hearst, Yahoo, and Time Inc. In those roles, he built and led marketing and content teams, drove considerable revenue growth, innovated new products, architected meaningful partnerships, and exceeded goals. A true left brain/right brain thinker, Lee has an MBA from Columbia University and an MFA in Motion Picture Producing from USC.
Cam’s player coach managerial style allows him to get immersed in product execution, build a design thinking culture, and creatively direct the path forward. Having had success as a brand strategist, consultant and entrepreneur, Cam is known for seeing alternative ways of operating, recognizing patterns in complexity and distilling complicated concepts into actionable strategies and products that drive revenue, market share, and brand value.
John Xanthos, CPA, MBA is a Florida-based finance leader and lifelong resident of Broward County. He is currently the Executive Director of Finance & Patient Financial Services at Nova Southeastern University, where he is responsible for the financial integrity of NSU Health, a multidisciplinary healthcare system. Previously, he held finance positions at BBX Capital (PE Firm), GardaWorld (Security), and Cowheard & Associates, CPA.
